Playing Standards & Pace Expectations
Please review and share the following guidance with all your golfers to ensure you are aware of the playing standards and expectations all golfers are required to abide by at Tidworth.

Additional Information
Standard Packages - Monday to Thursday only
Minimum Numbers: 12 in summer | 8 in winter
£300 deposit required to confirm bookings
All players should have a bona fide handicap
(The Club reserves the right to refuse access to the course if players are not able to evidence a club or iGolf handicap)
Buggies available - £30 per round
Limited 36 hole packages available please contact our Office for further information
Catering Upgrades - add a Bacon Bap OR add a dessert to your meal for £5 per person

Important Pre-Arrival Information For Golfers
HANDICAP
Visitors should have a valid handicap and CDH number, which may be verified at check-in
(the Club reserves the right to refuse access to the course if players are not able to evidence a club or iGolf handicap)
ON ARRIVAL
All golfers should check-in at the Pro Shop prior to play and pay any outstanding fees.
ACCESS
Golfers are welcome to arrive early, or stay after play, in order to utilise and enjoy the practice facilities, bar & restaurant
TROLLEYS & BUGGIES
We have electric and pull trolleys, along with buggies, available to hire. These can be reserved in advance or hired on the day. Contact the Pro Shop Team to discuss / book. All buggy users must read and sign the 'Buggy Policy & Safe Use Acknowledgement Form' prior to going onto the course.
CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES
The Clubhouse offers all of the expected facilities, such as a well-stocked Pro Shop, changing & shower facilities, shoe-cleaning station, along with a lovely open plan bar and restaurant area that overlooks the 1st tee and practice putting green to relax and enjoy.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
We have extensive practice facilities to aid your preparation before play and give you a taste of the course, including nets, an outdoor covered practice range, practice green, short-game practice area with chipping and putting from grass or bunker positions.
GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE
Always........Repair pitch marks repair divots & rake bunkers
Our greens staff have right of way, please respect this.
As a minimum, all golfers are expected to adhere to the standards
of player conduct as defined by the R&A Rules of Golf.
RISK AREAS ON THE COURSE
6th green approach is blind
7th tee, blind tee shot, ring bell on approach to green
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Members and visitors alike can enjoy a cold beverage or a warming hot chocolate and a delicious meal with friends, family and colleagues whilst looking out over the course.
HALFWAY HUT
And if you want to stop for a drink or snack on the course, you are welcome to do so at our Halfway Hut, situated after the 9th green.
Halfway Hut open hours: winter 10am-3pm | summer 9.30am-4pm.
TOILETS
9th/10th – toilet by Halfway Hut
14th hole – finishes at the Clubhouse (toilets inside)
DRESS CODE
Recognisable golf attire and golf shoes (no trainers)
Golf shoes are not permitted in the Clubhouse (please change)
PACE OF PLAY
We encourage READY GOLF
Maintain pace of play – keep up with the group in front
When searching for balls – 3-min max
Respect other golfers
WINTER GOLF
Tidworth prides itself on being an exceptionally well-draining and ideal for winter golf, however, visitors playing in the winter months may encounter the following: temporary greens, use of fairway mats, restrictions on the use of trolleys and buggies. Our winter rates are priced to reflect these possibilities.
SECURITY
Tidworth Garrison Golf Club Ltd cannot accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage however caused, to any member of the party or to their clothing, equipment, money or other articles. This also extends to their cars (including contents) which are parked entirely at their owner’s risk.
